Osteopathy is a gentle and holistic  therapy. Osteopaths believe that the key to good health is maintaining postural and mechanical function. David vaux osteopathy combines treatment with lifestyle and conditioning advice, developed to help you improve and maintain physical function whilst being  easy to follow. David has many years experience in helping people better manage the symptoms of common joint issues such as arthritis and long term joint pain. David also works as strategic lead of therapies and exercise for the UK Charity Arthritis Action.

Osteopathy can compliment conventional medicine in offering patients a holistic treatment approach and can be beneficial for any member of the family.
